What is your return policy?

If customers are unsatisfied with the product, or the product is defective, L’OCCITANE will replace or exchange the product for another, if it is returned to any retail boutiques within 7 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Items purchased may only be exchanged. There are no cash refunds. We will only accept for return or exchange products that were purchased from L’OCCITANE directly.
