Membership Renewal & Upgrade

Club Renewal Criteria:
Completion of 2 transactions or accumulation of $100 nett spending in-store or online within the valid Club membership period.
 

Gold Renewal Criteria:
Accumulation of $500 nett spending in-store or online within the valid Gold membership period


Club Upgrade to Gold Criteria:
One-time purchase or accumulation of $500 nett spending in-store or online within the valid Club membership period

FAQ

  • Earn L’OCCITANE Points when you shop at any L’OCCITANE boutique or on sg.loccitane.com.
    Excludes purchases made via Lazada, Shopee, and KrisShop.

    How you earn:
    For every S$20 nett spent in a single transaction on qualifying purchases, you’ll receive 1 L’OCCITANE Point.
    Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

    Your rewards:
    S$20 spent = 1 Point
    10 Points = S$10 reward
    20 Points = S$20 reward
    30 Points = S$60 reward
    50 Points = S$120 reward
    75 Points = S$200 reward
    100 Points = S$300 reward

    Bonus ways to earn:
    Be rewarded for doing good—earn L’OCCITANE Points when you participate in the L’OCCITANE Big Little Things recycling program.

  • In-store purchases: Immediately after purchase
    Online purchases: Within 10 working days(excluding Public Holidays, Weekends)

  • All points earned by existing members will expire on 31st March every year at 11:59pm SGT.

    For new members:
    -If you join as a new member before 1st December 2024,  your accumulated points will expire on  the following year 31st March 2025 at 11:59pm SGT.
    -If you join as a new member on or after 1st December 2024, your accumulated points will expire on 31st March 2026 at 11:59pm SGT.

  • CLUB MEMBER: Spend $100 nett in a single receipt in-store or online
    GOLD MEMBER: Spend $500 nett in a single transaction in-store or online OR Upgrade with $500 accumulated spend* in a financial year starting 1st Apr

  • Club Member Validity:
    For join dates between 1 April 2025 and 30 November 2025:
    Membership is valid from the join date until the end of the fiscal year, ending on 31 March. For example, if you join on 1 April 2025, your Club membership expires on 31 March 2026.

    For join dates between 1 December 2025 and 31 March 2026:
    Membership is valid from the join date until the end of the next fiscal year, ending on 31 March. For example, if you join on 1 December 2025, your Club membership expires on 31 March 2027.

    Gold Member Validity:
    For join dates between 1 April 2025 and 30 November 2025:
    Membership is valid from the join date until the end of the fiscal year, ending on March 31. For example, if you join on April 1, 2025, your Gold membership expires on March 31, 2026.

    For join dates between 1 December 2025 and 31 March 2026:
    Membership is valid from the join date until the end of the next fiscal year, ending on 31 March. For example, if you join on 1 December 2025, your Gold membership expires on 31 March 2027.

    Direct to Gold:
    For join dates between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026:
    Membership is valid from the join date until the end of the next fiscal year, ending on 31 March. For example, if you join on 1 April 2025, your Gold membership expires on 31 March 2027.
