10. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, rewards, bank/gift vouchers, gift certificates, or birthday benefits, except for site-wide gifts with purchase with nett spend. Each promotion or gift is limited to one redemption per customer unless otherwise specified.

11. To qualify for the gift with purchase, the nett spend must meet the required threshold even if membership points are redeemed during the transaction. If the nett spend falls below the required amount after redemption, the transaction will not be eligible for the gift.

12. L’Occitane Singapore reserves the final right to alter and/or withdraw the items, terms and conditions included in the promotions or terminate the promotions without prior notice.
