STORE REOPENING FAQS FOR PHASE 2 POST COVID-19

When will the L’OCCITANE retail stores reopen?
L’OCCITANE boutiques islandwide will reopen on 19 June, according to government advisories.
 
What are the opening hours of L’OCCITANE stores?
L’OCCITANE stores will be open from 11am – 9pm daily, except L’OCCITANE Takashimaya, which will be open from 11am – 8pm daily.
 
Will stores have testers?
As advised by the government, we are not allowed to offer testers in our stores until further notice. You may approach our Beauty Advisors for help.
 
Will in-store product demonstrations resume?
For your safety, all in-store product demonstrations that require physical contact will not be available until further notice. We will update this page when product demonstrations resume.

Will Beauty Eye Skin Diagnosis / Scalp Diagnosis resume?
For your safety, all skin and hair diagnoses will not be available until further notice. We will update this page when diagnoses resume.


When will product demonstrations / diagnoses resume?
Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, we are unable to advise on a fixed date for resumption of these services. We will update this page when these services resume.
 
Will you extend my membership benefits (including Welcome voucher and gift, Birthday voucher and cash e-voucher converted from points on 31 March 2020)?
  1. If your birthday falls in April – June 2020, you will receive a one-time exclusive extension of your birthday benefits till 31 July 2020.
  2. For all members who have renewed their membership (qualifying for 2020 membership before April 2020), you will receive a one-time extension of your membership welcome voucher and gift till 30 August 2020.
  3. If you have converted your membership points to a cash e-voucher on 31 March 2020, your cash e-voucher will be valid till 31 July 2020

What is L’OCCITANE doing to protect the safety of shoppers in stores?
  1. As advised by the government, we are currently only able to have 2–5 customers in the stores at any one time, depending on the size of the store as well as the number Beauty Advisors present in the store. Please refer to the advice of our Beauty Advisors at the respective stores.
  2. Customers will have to check in via the SafeEntry app before entering our stores to adhere with the government’s contact tracing efforts.
  3. Customers will have to practice social distancing of 1m, both inside the store and while queueing outside our stores.
  4. Our Beauty Advisors will disinfect stores with disinfectants regularly, and keep their hands clean with the use of sanitizers and soaps.
  5. Our Beauty Advisors are required to monitor their health and take their temperature twice daily. Anyone with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be allowed to serve our customers in stores.
  6. Our Beauty Advisors are required to wear a mask at all times.
  7. We have a no-touch policy, and all product demonstrations as well as skin and hair diagnoses will not be available until further notice.
  8. Hand sanitizers and soap are readily available in store for your use.
  9. We accept contactless payment in-store via Visa PayWave, Mastercard Contactless, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. We will also be accepting PayNow in the coming weeks.
  10. To minimize queue times and contact, customers have the option of shopping via L’OCCITANE en Demande, our order and collect service. Please visit sg.experienceloccitane.com to shop and to view full terms and conditions regarding the service.
Can I still shop on sg.loccitane.com?
Yes, our online boutique remains open with no change to our delivery timings.
 
Is it safe to receive packages from L’OCCITANE’s online boutique?
We assure you that we are doing everything we can with our delivery partners to follow government advisories on safety and hygiene protocols during the preparation and delivery of your orders.
